Spam marketer who sends texts to promote his night club.

Has called my job and cell phone serval times regarding a debt that they want to clear. When I asked for additional information they would not provide it and also told me that I could be taken to court. I told them that was fine. Demanded that I give a recorded statement and I hung up.

called me n threated me to pay $500 0r if they sue me its gonna be $5000 and when i said i dont know anythin this guy hang up when i called back the number was not in service

Paula, do not worry about this phone call regarding the threats of being picked up and taken to jail. He is nothing more than a scam artist. I called my local sheriff's dept, bank, court house, and they all said to ignore these calls. Tell "Steven" that you've reported him and the phone number he's calling from, to the authorities. He'll stop calling. He's NOT from the BCI or any other governmental agency. He'll get caught, it's just a matter of time.

Telemarketing call and we're on Do Not Call list, offering some sort of loans. Not interested. Never contacted them. I hit zero, a hispanic guy answered. He said "It is not me that called." I said "Well, DUH - you're a hispanic male and it was an anglo female on the recording" I told him I was going to report him since we're on the Do Not Call list. He said he'd remove me. I said "Fine - but I'm still reporting you" and he said "Ju looze ju chances now." and hung up on me. The nerve of these filthy telemarketers. Going to DNS site now to nail 'em. I ask that you all do the same.

I receive this call weekly, they mispronounce my name. It is really getting annoying to me, I do not owe any debt to a payday loan at all.

Said they could save me some interest on my credit card, however, I do not have a credit card, telemarketer said, "Well, I guess I can't help you then" and hung up on me.
